Port Nimara has reached a major construction milestone, with the first marina slip structures arriving in Anguilla and being installed through the newly dredged channel. The project will feature 118 berths for vessels up to 240 feet, making it Anguilla’s first superyacht marina.
The development is also creating opportunities for local employment and participation, with Anguillian vessels and crews supporting the installation. Alongside the marina, the project includes the Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara, featuring 62 rooms, villas, residences, an Equinox Club, spa, dining, and luxury retail. The marina is expected to welcome its first vessels in 2027, followed by the resort in 2029.
