Port Nimara, developed by Swedish SF Group, is a new luxury marina in Anguilla featuring 118 berths, a 62-room five-star hotel, and 18 beachfront villas with plans for further expansion. The project includes a yacht club, waterfront promenade, and advanced customs services, and is designed with eco-friendly measures. Strategically located near Saint Barthélemy and Sint Maarten, it will generate around 700 jobs and is complemented by airport upgrades for private and commercial flights, positioning Anguilla as a prime Caribbean luxury destination.
